  By far the worst BMW dealership - possibly in the world. I am a BMW fanatic. I bought my first one and picked it up in Munich after touring the local BMW factories. Love them. I lived in Cincinnati previously and the BMW Store there…

  I am a new owner of a used 2008 BMW 535i and have a service appointment tomorrow morning at Suntrup. After reviewing these comments, they will not be seeing me tomorrow....Thanks for all the input!!!!
